Located at the foothills of the majestic mountains, this hotel offers breathtaking views down the hill. the rooms are spacious and clean, with modern bathrooms. the staff is friendly and accommodating. the breakfast spread is decent, with a variety of options, including freshly baked pastries. the spa facilities are nice and well-maintained, offering a relaxing experience.

The hotel could improve its English proficiency amongst staff.

The location was amazing, very close to the mountains with great views. the beds were comfortable and the wellness facilities were nice. the option to have sport activities indoors was also great.

The wifi was extremely weak and we couldn't use it in our room. some of the areas looked a bit outdated and could use some updating.

The cleanliness was excellent, as the staff kept both my room and the hotel facilities in pristine condition. The breakfast spread was another highlight, with plenty of options to indulge in. The staff was attentive and helpful, and I appreciated their hospitality.

Spent Christmas at a cozy hotel near ski slopes and had a pleasurable experience. The staff was welcoming, and the food served had diverse options. there were engaging activities that made the stay more enjoyable.

The heating system was not reliable, and the rooms were cramped. the spa center was not in the best condition, and some equipment needed replacement.

the location was fantastic. It's set in a beautiful surrounding area, close to the Chopok valley, making it perfect for nature lovers like me. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a large bathroom that was modern and well-maintained. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. And last but not least, the breakfast was amazing! There were plenty of options to choose from and everything was delicious. The attention to detail and the value for money were truly impressive.
